Will Kimmel, son of Bill Kimmel Jr. is making a name for himself earning an impressive 15 track championships and over 100 career wins. In 2006, Kimmel moved into the ultra competitive Super Late Model division at Salem Speedway where he became the first rookie driver to ever win a feature event in his first Super Late Model start. Kimmel went on to win Rookie of the Year in the Super Late Model Division. Will Kimmel was the youngest driver to ever win the Salem Speedway Super Late Model Championship at only 19 years old.
When Scott Melton isn’t busy with his day job, serving as president and owner of the Melton-McFadden Insurance Agency in Michigan, you can find him behind the wheel of Kimmel Racing’s No. 69 car in the ARCA Menards Series. Melton may have had little prior experience before embarking upon a second career as a race car driver while in his 50s, but he proved to be a quick learner under the tutelage of championship-winning crew chief Bill Kimmel Jr. and his Indiana-based team. Melton has already racked up five top-10 finishes, including a 10th-place run at Daytona to open the 2020 season.
Jordon Riddick is competing at new venues and higher ranks, including a Top 5 finish in his CRA Super Series debut, a Top 10 finish at Kern County, and a strong showing at the All American 400 where he finished 11th. I 2022, Jordon was selected out of 125 applicants to participate in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity program, where he worked with experienced drivers such as Josh Wise, Ryan Blaney, and Kyle Larson to improve his skills and gain valuable experience.
Gage Rodgers of Coldwater MI is a Pro Late Model driver who grew up racing around the country in National Karting events. Gage made the transition to Asphalt Modifieds in 2018 at 14. Relocating to TN in 2019, he made the transition to running Pro Late Models in 4 events. In 2020, Gage ran the Show Me the Money Series at Montgomery Motor Speedway finishing 4th in points. In 2021, Gage and team continued the effort at Montgomery Motor Speedway. In January 2022, Gage tested with Kimmel Racing at Daytona International Speedway. He is driving in the new 602 Super Series with Kimmel Racing.
